The Armed Citizens' Legal Defense Network, Inc. supports Network members in their interaction with the criminal justice system after an act of self defense.

The Network educates members about the legalities of using deadly force in self-defense and what to expect from the criminal justice system before defending themselves.

ACLDN has spent more than four years developing the Network into a premier organization unlike any other of its kind in the world. No other organization can offer you the security and peace of mind found through they're unique blend of services and expert advisors.

Key points in the program includes:

  • Network members receive eight educational DVDs containing lectures by well recognized subject-matter experts. Members also receive a comprehensive 230 page book on deadly force written by Maased Ayoob, one of the network advisors. Members are educated to the highest of standards with the included material including monthly journals from the same subject matter experts and many others!
  • A fee deposit paid by the Network to the member's attorney if the member has been involved in a self-defense incident. The deposit gets the legal defense immediately underway with representation during questioning and arranging for an independent investigation of the incident.

     Board of Advisors

     Ex-Officio Board Members:

      Marty Hayes
      J. Vincent Shuck

These are the TOP names in the self-defense business!  When it comes to expert witnesses on firearms & self defense shootings, NONE are more highly recognized. Open the following link for the ACLDN Advisory Board of Luminaries.

What does it cost to join the Network?

$125 per year for an individual membership, $85 dollars for annual renewal. Additional household members can join for an additional $50 per year. The costs of a yearly membership is a fraction of an attorney’s hourly fee! 3-Year memberships are $265 and 10 year memberships are $690.

ACLDN's goal is to bring together large numbers of armed citizens to support the efforts of the Network and its legal defense fund so that membership dues can be kept at an affordable level while representation is of the highest level!

I had learned of the network a couple of years before becoming an instructor and even if I ever quit the CFP business, I won't stop carrying and I will always pay for the membership. This is money well spent folks. Just read one of the horror stories of regular citizens defending themselves and their families and then being 'victimized' by the criminal justice system.

From the book, When Innocent People Are Wrongly Convicted (1991), Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. told an attorney who was arguing that his client sought justice before court, "This is a court of law young man, not a court of justice".
